Heya, guys

Long time no see, huh? Yeah, I think so. As I tell you in the previous journal entrie, I was at my grandparents, in the country side. I stayed there two weeks. I was sick a few days, because I ate something that make me feel like a tomato and...yeah, those days were awful. You know, here, in Romania, summers are very hot and I think that's a good reason for that sick mood [there were 39 degrees Celsius in a shady place]. Anyway, I've drew a lot of things and now I have to scan and post them.
Anyhow, I found some old drawings and I think I'll post them, too. I hope I'll have some comments at the drawings, because they really help and support me. I'll post some drawings (which are colored in Photoshop CS 3) and then I'll drop digital colouring, because...well, I have no digital tablet and the drawings don't look as I wished, if I'll continue to colour them with a mouse. You know, it's annoying, but, as I said in the previous journal entrie, I have other priority right now and I don't have enough money (so far) to buy two things at one time.
I've thought about that and I think this summer I'll practice a lot and then...I don't know. I'll probably think about comissions and all that stuff. You know, as a practicing artist (like me) it's important to be up to draw something good, something that will satisfy the "customer". I don't want money. I want to satisfy me and the person that request that drawing. I want to progress and to do my best.
Anyway, if you have any suggestions, questions or anything else to say, I'll be glad to listen (read, whatever) them.

At this moment I'm working at a project. I have worked at this since 2007's summer. It consist a 4 little book series, which addresses to 5-9 years children. The meaning of these books is to approach something differenet: an other method to learn the alphabet. The letters are changing into human beings. Herewith, the children will make the changing from kindergarten to school easier and, to make it fun, they will use the tools they are homely with: the colours and the imagination.

I'll post some pages soon and, when it will be done, more information about the series and about the prices.
